How to apply:
- Apply base coat and then the similar color as the velvet powder.
- If it is nail polish, spill the velvet powder onto the nail before it dry
- If it soak off gel, spill the velvet powder onto the nail and then cure under UV/LED lamp
- After the polish or the gel is dried/cured, brush off the excess velvet powder and it is finished
